Conditions of Entry: For the safety and comfort of all guests, animals are not permitted to walk freely throughout the Centre. Owners must wait outside the designated entrance, the riverside entry doors between Laffo’s and Coffee Club. At your scheduled booking time, a member of our security team will meet you at the designated entrance to escort you and your pet to the Santa Set.
All pets must be on a leash or in a cage and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. Please dispose of waste bags in the appropriate bins located outside the Centre. Any animal displaying aggressive behaviour will be asked to leave immediately.
